General information

Number of bedrooms: 3

Type of property: Detached house

Description: A charming detached character property, situated in an idyllic and secluded rural location, enjoying panoramic southerly views over the Menai Strait, Llandudno bay towards the Snowdonia mountain ranges. Situated in about 2 acres of grounds, the house is ideally suited to a growing family, with spacious living accommodation, and having oil central heating and double glazed windows and doors. The property is however in need of general modernisation which is considered fairly reflected in the competitive asking price. Inspection is strongly recommended to appreciate the rural position and views as well as the spacious accommodation parts of which are understood to date back to the Tudor period.
